A truly quirky family business that has grown organically over the years. An exclusive country ECO events house, which has become a club where small is beautiful, discretion is everything and personal and unique styles blossom. Unusual Nottingham wedding venues don’t get better than this.
From what I have read and heard from photographers and visitors this is a special place that you need to experience to believe. An exclusive country ECO events house. Your search for unusual Nottingham wedding venues ends here. Located in a serene setting with panoramic views across the Trent Valley, this is a home, full of character. ‘The Hill’, has a bespoke style where friendships are the key ingredients, weddings have soul, wine has history and the food is deliciously rustic.
The Drawing Room is often used for ceremonies and has glass doors which open up for guests to walk directly onto the lawns and enjoy the garden games and incredible panoramic, uninterrupted views down the valley. The Hall really shows off the stunning architecture of this Georgian Home. With it’s tall ceilings and winding staircase which twists and turns into the most beautiful intimate room where guests first arrive before being enchanted by the rest of the house.
There are tons of options for your wedding at East Bridgford Hall. From sit down meal to cocktail party, high tea to a woodland wedding. All ideas are welcome so don’t be shy to ask if there’s something unusual you’ve been thinking about.
East Bridgford Hill also has the most wonderful Victorian walled garden, home to an apple orchard, a vintage glass house and a disused tennis court. The team here are working toward making the house self sustainable. You’ll meet the rare breed duck who are huge, bossy and have their own agenda. All this and you can stay in the most glorious bedrooms or glamp! Amazing. Unusual Nottingham wedding venues don’t get better than this my pretties.

You opened your home and heart to us and we will never ever forget your kindness and for making our families feel so comfortable and cared for. We know we have made a friend for life in you and we will see you in a few months when we come back to visit. And Amanda and Petra thank you so much for all your hard work and making our dreams come true. Our wedding could not have happened without your incredible dedication to making everything just the way we wished for.So much love, from Jen and James xxx’ |||
||| Anna of pearbearphotography This venue is a place I have fallen in love with! I hadn’t visited prior to this wedding, so I had no idea what to expect. To say that this place is full of charm is an understatement. Each room is filled with memorabilia and family history. You might think that that’s not a good thing – too many distractions, taking away from your decorations. In reality, however, it creates a very intimate space, ideal for the non-traditional bride and groom.|||
