Shooting new venues is always exciting for wedding photographers, but this one was particularly appealing to Lucie. The idea of marrying in a microbrewery really appealed to her. The space at Three Daggers Brewery is warm and intimate with great window light.

Being surrounded by the pipes and brick walls gives it a really different look to most venues in Wiltshire. There is plenty of space in and around this venue to give a really good mix of different and unique wedding photos while providing a really relaxed atmosphere for your guests to enjoy. Jo and Dave where keen to explore the gardens and later use the brick walls for contrast, with it all being so close together the  photos didn’t take long at all so they could do more of what they should be doing on their wedding day, spending more time enjoying themselves with their fab friends and family.

After getting engaged in Jan 2017 jo and Dave quickly started looking for wedding venues, after searching London they realised same year availability was going to be difficult. This is something every couple is surprised by. A friend pointed out the Three Daggers Brewery to them, they booked a viewing and soon realised it would be the perfect venue for them.

Just a stone throw from Jo’s home town of Bath with easy access from the motorway for their London pals Jo and Dave snapped it up to marry later that year. Once the venue was confirmed the search for a wedding photographer began, Jo found Lucie Hamilton with a google search and contacted her to say just how much she loved her relaxed style, something that perfectly fitted in with their wedding plans.

The rest is history . . .

Three Daggers Brewery Beer Barrels

Three Daggers brew a core range of real ales, craft beers, each with their own distinctive tastes and characteristics; from their first ever brew, Daggers Ale through to their most recent addition, Daggers Black, a rich stout. The brewing team also experiment with seasonal ales such as ‘green’ beer which uses the hops grown on their own farm. Be surrounded by the beer and be wed!
